• Chiller Upgrade: Replaced the existing chiller plant with two 400-ton, roof-mounted air-cooled chillers.

• Structural Integration: Installed the new units on galvanized steel support platforms with piping to replacement chilled water coils in each air handling unit.

• Optimized Efficiency: Cross-connected piping between chillers to ensure seasonal efficiency and built-in redundancy.

• System Enhancements: Installed welded schedule 40 chilled water piping with outdoor insulation, temperature controls tied to the BAS, power and control wiring, roof supports with flashing, and performed water balancing and full system commissioning.
