• Custom café seating area with millwork, wet pantry, and two striking circular cloud ceilings.

• Flexible seating pods designed with 3Form screen partitions for dynamic collaboration.

• New flooring solutions, featuring LVT in café/quiet zones and carpet throughout.

• Infrastructure upgrades, including electrical modifications via in-floor ducts and poke-throughs, modernized lighting and sprinkler systems, and a new HVAC system with VAV boxes and DDC controls.

This buildout blends innovation, functionality, and comfort, creating a workplace that supports productivity and employee well-being.
